The official goal of the company is to become a Billion Dollar Company. They do come across as caring, good people, and I do think he company started out that way, but now, they only care about money. But the worst part about this company is that as a Christian, I constantly hear my non-Christian coworkers making comments about the example the company sets.
Upper management consists almost entirely of one family, then trickles down from there with members of their church. The rules are pretty clear, yet when it comes down to an employee doing their job correctly, all of a sudden, the rules change. Managers constantly twist facts to fit whatever narrative they are spinning at the time. Every once in a while they will pretend to care and have a meeting with employees or a one on one meeting, and give employees false hope, but then they will report back with false information and lies. All managers from mid to upper level have had a huge cup of what the employees, 'M圜C juice,' and once they drink it, they lose all sense of reality and judgment. Unfortunately, with M圜C, that is the case. A real manager and leader should not be threatened by employees simply asking questions. A true leader and manager should welcome new ideas and solutions, not berate people for offering them. because despite management never actually doing the job, they make up ludicrous procedures that don't make sense, then when employees ask about them or offer alternate solutions, they will have a target on their back from that point forward. They pick a few select favorites that get rewarded but if you aren't one of them, watch out! Also-never ask questions or offer ideas. Management will never be happy with your performance. If you like to get your job done, meet your goals, and truly benefit your customer while following the everchanging policies and procedures and still be constantly nagged at then this is also the place for you. If you want to work in an environment where you are micromanaged to the extreme then you will love this job.
